This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.homeplaceok.com, our advertising lead forms, and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our website, register for a website account, respond to one of our ads (for example, a Facebook or Instagram lead form), call, text, or email us, we may collect:

• your name, email address, and phone number;
• property details you share, such as an address, city, or the timing of a sale or purchase;
• the content of your messages and your answers to form questions;
• for website accounts, your login email and password (passwords are handled by our website provider; we cannot see them).

Information collected automatically. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site (for example, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site), and to record when someone submits a form or taps a phone number.

When you submit a form on our website, Google's "enhanced conversions" feature may send a hashed (scrambled) version of the email address, phone number, or address you entered to Google so it can match the submission to an ad interaction. Information from others. If an advertising platform (such as Meta) delivers a lead form you submitted, we receive the information you entered in that form. We may also receive your contact information from a referral source you used to reach us.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share information only as follows:

• Service providers that help us operate, under their own security and confidentiality terms, including our website provider (Placester), our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel), email providers, and analytics providers (Google).
• Our agents — the Home Place agent assigned to help you.
• Other parties to a transaction you ask us to help with (for example, a lender, title company, inspector, or the other party's agent), as needed to provide the service.
• Our affiliated property management company, only if you ask us to put you in touch.
• When required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.

Text messaging. If you give us your mobile number and ask us to contact you, we may text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Listing information

Property listing data displayed on this website is provided through MLS GRID on behalf of the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® and is subject to that data provider's terms.

Your choices

• Calls and texts: reply STOP to any text, or tell us you no longer want to be contacted.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us.
• Cookies and ads: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
• Access, correction, or deletion: contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to keep certain records to meet legal or regulatory obligations.
