With over 20 years of experience, Quintana Lloyd is an award-winning real estate professional specializing in multifamily housing and property management. Recognized as Property Manager of the Year, she led a multifamily community ranked #1 in Edmond and managed the business entities and 97-unit residential portfolio of her longtime mentor, the late Pete Reeser.

Quintana is the founder and CEO of Qt Capital Investments, LLC, Co-Founder of The North Pole Foundation, and serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations.

A proud mother of four and grandmother of one, she is passionate about family, education, community service, and creating a lasting legacy. Her personal and professional philosophy is rooted in three priorities: God, Family, and Career.
