Danta Robinson

Danta Robinson is a seasoned real estate professional with decades of experience across residential and commercial sales, development, construction, land acquisition, and capital structuring. She brings a comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions, contract negotiations, and project execution, consistently delivering results aligned with her clients’ goals.

Her expertise spans construction and architectural agreements, public-private partnerships, land and lease negotiations, entitlements, zoning, and municipal requirements. Danta’s background also includes engineering and field experience in pipeline and refinery construction, providing a strong technical foundation for her work in development.

She spent nine years with U.S. Home and Lennar Corporation, managing hundreds of transactions within large-scale master-planned communities in the Dallas metro area, including golf course and senior living developments. She later served as Executive Vice President of the Real Estate Division at Prince & Associates, Inc. and Crown Project Management, where she led site selection, acquisitions, leasing, and construction oversight across hospitality, restaurant, and commercial portfolios.

Since 2015, Danta has been an Oklahoma-licensed REALTOR®, representing residential and commercial clients, as well as public-private partnerships. She is also the Owner and CEO of ProgenyPartners, LLC, where she provides consulting services in business structuring, project management, contract negotiation, and capital funding strategy.

Outside of her professional work, Danta is active in community and faith-based initiatives and enjoys golf, travel, music, people, art, and organic gardening.
